Highly Sensitive People Advocacy & Inclusivity Training
In today’s time, it is crucial to be mindful of how we are navigating with others in the community as the needs have become greater than ever before. We have a Universal and ethical duty as fellow humans to create a gentler path when dealing with ourselves and the groups we frequent. You may be finding that you are not as effective as you once were when dealing with groups and in your personal life as the world has been forever changed by our more recent global crisis due a noticeable heightened sensitivity/reactivity across the globe. People are now put in the position to create new platforms at home, work, and in our communities to solve complex problems that have never been faced before.
As a neurodivergent, empathic, highly sensitive psychotherapist and spiritual life coach with over 30 collective years in the create arts, education, and mental health field, I will provide didactic education, experiential, and coaching for individuals and professional organizations that want to learn how to more effectively work with the highly sensitive individual/group population. People who would benefit from this work would be people identifying as empaths, highly sensitive persons, neurodivergent (ADD/ADHD, PTSD, ASD, SPD), and those struggling with mental health, developmental, and or different able-bodied persons. To hear the struggles first-hand like I have around those who identify as highly sensitive, the atrocities of the way these people have been treated would astound you and how profound of an epidemic this actually is. Now that you know, will you invest in learning more on how to be a part of the solution?
Some people who would benefit from such training would include but not be limited to corporations, educational institutions, mental health, medical facilities and staff, military, police, firefighters, government agencies, and any other organization that works with the public.
This opportunity to engage as an empowered and informed person is a call to action to be the change you wish to see in the world as an inclusivity advocate for yourself or community at large.
