What it is:
An inclusive community improv music gathering to cultivate joy, harmony, freedom, play, and musical deliciousness as we co-create our own slice of heaven on Earth. Can’t wait to see you there!
No experience is necessary. We do not have to be perfect for when we create something new it is Perfection already! This event will be held at the Clearing House a beautiful historic space in the heart of Savannah, GA. During this event will be transforming this place into a “temple of expression”. Please bring an object you would like to “charge up” to put on the community alter.
When: Sunday December 3rd, 4 PM- 6 PM.
Location: 134 Houston Street, Savannah, GA
Tickets: $20 cash or card at the door or if you have a class card with the Clearing House you can pay in advance. www.savannahclearinghouse.org
Who: December’s event will be hosted by Stacey “Ophelia” Cohen MA, LPC of the Center for Soulful Presence http://www.staceycohenlpc.com and James Lough, Ph.D co-owner of the Clearing House Savannah who has most has graciously offered to co-host with us to share this event with the community at large.
What to Bring:
Your drums, instruments, voice, poetry, free-style expression, and your dancing shoes. (There will be some extra drums and percussion instruments available if you do not have any.) We will have plenty of seats for you all.
Accessibility: There are 3 steps to get inside of the building just so you know ahead of time. There is on the street parking so plan to be a little early to make sure you can get a spot.
